  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working days): £7.95
    • Please note that orders must be placed before 12 noon for 1-2 day delivery (Monday to Friday). 
    • Orders placed after 12 noon (Monday to Friday) will be processed the day after and delivered 1-2 days after that.
    • Order placed after 12 noon on a Friday, or on a Saturday or Sunday, will be processed on the Monday and delivered on the Tuesday or Wednesday.

Unfortunately Mix My Scent is unable to deliver to PO Box addresses as a signature is required on delivery.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES

For orders outside of Mainland UK, you as the customer are liable for any local taxes and import duties at the point where the goods are imported into your country. Mix My Scent cannot be held responsible for any such charges.

IF YOU HAVEN’T RECEIVED YOUR ORDER

If your order has not arrived after 7 working days, please contact us at customercare@mixmyscent.com and we will investigate.

Please note that delivery times may take longer at certain times of the year, such as the festive season. Unfortunately, this is out of our control. 

RETURNS

RETURNING AN ITEM

You may return items bought at MIXMYSCENT.COM in their original, unused and saleable condition for a refund or exchange within 14 working days of receipt. You are not required to give us any reason for doing so, however proof of purchase (order number) is required.

You will be required to organise and pay for the return of the items to us. Before doing so, please contact us at customercare@mixmyscent.com for a returns reference. Return address is: Mix My Scent Ltd, Manor Farm, Crag Lane, Killinghall, Harrogate HG3 2BD.

Please ensure that you include the Dispatch Note in your parcel, pack the items in their original packaging where possible, and write your order number on the address label of your package.
We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.

INCORRECT DELIVERY

If the items you receive do not match what you ordered, or something has been delivered to you that you did not order, please notify us immediately by contacting us as at customercare@mixmyscent.com within 14 days of receipt so that we may check your order. We will then arrange to collect any incorrect items from you and/or organise for any previously missing or replacement items to be sent to you free of charge.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your item has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and provide photographic evidence via email or post within 14 days of receipt. If on receipt we conclude that the damage was caused in transit, we will replace the item for you.

PROCESSING TIME

If a refund is actioned by us, subject to these conditions, your payment for the goods will be refunded as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 14 working days after we have received the goods.

If an exchange has been arranged, this will be processed for dispatch within 7 working days of us receiving your returned goods, and will be delivered via standard delivery. Please note delivery times may vary depending on shipping destination and during busy holiday seasons.

In short, this is a big thank you to John Lewis for supporting the brand and the concept; to the John Lewis staff for looking after me; and most importantly, to all of my new John Lewis customers - thank you for visiting the MIXMY counter and buying into MIXMY’s different take on home fragrance 😊; and finally, a huge thank you to all of my beautiful friends and family who have either stumbled across me as they’ve been out shopping, or made the trip to Leeds especially to see me. You have no idea what a boost you’ve given me during the long days; and a particular thank you to Rachel, Mark and Alex for manning the counter so I could nip off and have a quick break 🥰.
The only home fragrance brand that gives you a fragrance diffuser that, when finished, can be refilled as a diffuser OR a scented candle depending on how you feel - simply mix and match as you please!
Well last night was fun!
I ran ‘An Evening of Scent Discovery’ at the beautiful home of Rachel, one of my wonderful MIXMY customers. Rachel and her guests got to immerse themselves in the world of fragrance as they explored the MIXMY collection of Primary Fragrances; and got to discover the magic of scent layering as they got hands-on with our fragrance oils, combining different fragrances to create their own Scent Destinations™.

From the hugely positive feedback I received, I’d say the evening was a success 😊.

Thank you to Rachel for hosting the evening and to the wonderful group of ladies who attended. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting you all.
